Medspa and aesthetics

Your medspa ads fill the calendar with clicks. How many become a booked treatment?

Injectables, laser, skin, and brows are high value treatments with image heavy demand and strict ad policy. We run Google Ads for aesthetic clinics that book, and we track the WhatsApp and phone inquiries that most agencies never count.

The gap

Treatment economics decide everything, and most accounts ignore them

A medspa is not one product.

  • Different values

A hydrafacial, a course of laser, a lip filler appointment, and a full microblading treatment carry very different values and very different buying journeys.

  • One bucket of leads

An account that treats them as one bucket of "leads" bids the same for a browser as for a patient about to spend on a treatment course.

  • Low value inquiries

The result is a calendar full of low value inquiries and a media budget that never finds the high value ones.

An aesthetic patient rarely fills in a form. She sends a WhatsApp, asks a price, and books if the answer and the studio feel right. If your Google Ads cannot see that conversation, it is optimizing blind. We make the WhatsApp inquiry and the booked treatment visible inside the account, and the bidding gets a great deal smarter once it can.

How we run a medspa account

From a treatment search to a seated client

We build campaigns per treatment, injectables, laser, skin, brows and lashes, and per city, so bids match the value of the treatment and the intent of the search. A "lip filler near me" search and a "best facial" search are not the same buyer and should never share a bid.

Each ad points to a page about that treatment, with the credentials, the before and after where policy allows, the pricing context, and the social proof an aesthetic patient looks for. The homepage is not that page, and sending paid traffic there is where most medspa budgets bleed.

In the Gulf, WhatsApp is the booking engine. We track the click to chat as a conversion and, where the clinic can share it, tie the inquiry to the actual booking in the backend. On the aesthetics studio's accounts up to 76% of WhatsApp inquiries for the strongest treatments became a booked appointment, and that signal is gold for bidding.

We optimize toward booked treatments and treatment value rather than raw inquiries. That means pausing the ad groups that generate chats but few bookings, and pushing the ones that fill chairs. It is how the KSA account held spend roughly flat while bookings rose 23%.

Measurement

From a treatment search to a booked appointment, tracked end to end

Most medspa accounts break at the inquiry, because the WhatsApp chat that books the patient is never counted. Here is the chain we wire into every aesthetic account.

  1. Searchtreatment and city
  2. Ad + landing pageone page per treatment
  3. InquiryWhatsApp · call · form
  4. Booked appointmentbooking system
  5. Treatment valuefed back to bidding
Value fed back to bidding

When all five steps connect, Google bids toward the searches that end in a booked treatment. When the WhatsApp inquiry goes untracked, the account is optimizing blind.

Ad policy

We keep aesthetic accounts live

Google restricts a lot of what an aesthetic clinic wants to say. Before and after imagery is limited, outcome claims are policed, and some treatment categories require advertiser certification. An account that ignores this gets disapprovals, and repeat offenders get suspended, which takes your ads offline in your busiest week.

We write ad copy and build landing pages that stay inside policy without going toothless, and we know which claims and images trip the review. That fluency is not glamorous, and it is the difference between an account that runs all year and one that keeps restarting. We wrote a full guide on it in our notes.

Capabilities

Built for aesthetic clinics

  • Treatment and city Search

Campaigns split by treatment and location so every bid reflects the value of the case and the intent of the searcher. This is the structure behind the aesthetics studio results and it is the first thing we build.

  • WhatsApp and call tracking

Click to chat and phone calls tracked as real conversions, feeding Google the inquiries it actually produced. Without this, most of a Gulf medspa account is invisible to its own bidding.

  • Aesthetic landing pages

Treatment specific pages with credentials, compliant before and after, pricing context, and a WhatsApp first booking flow. Built and tracked as part of the media buy.

  • Ad policy compliance

Aesthetic and health advertising is a minefield of restricted claims and imagery rules. We know the terrain, so your account stays live while less careful competitors restart theirs after a suspension.

  • Seasonal budget pacing

Aesthetic demand climbs before weddings, holidays, and summer, and dips during Ramadan travel. We pace budget to that curve rather than spending flat, which is how the studio's Q2 became a record booking quarter.

  • Local Service Ads where eligible

For clinics that qualify, Google Screened placements sit above the results and often carry the lowest cost per inquiry. We handle verification and track the leads like any other channel.

Our take on AI

AI does the reading, humans do the deciding

Our in house layer runs the weekly account health checks, flags budget that is pacing wrong, and queues search terms and anomalies for a person to judge. The moves that carry money or medical sensitivity stay with a senior operator who owns your account. It is real tooling we run on every account we manage.

Common questions

Medspa marketing questions we hear

01Most of our inquiries come by WhatsApp. Can you even track that?

Yes, and it is one of the main reasons to work with us. We track the WhatsApp click to chat as a Google Ads conversion, and where your booking system allows it we tie that inquiry to the actual booking so the account learns which searches produce real appointments. On the aesthetics studio's accounts up to 76% of WhatsApp inquiries for the strongest treatments became a booked appointment, and feeding that signal back is what let bidding chase patients instead of clicks. If your current agency counts only form fills, most of your booking activity is invisible to your own account.

02Our treatments range from a cheap facial to a full course of laser. Does that matter?

It matters more than almost anything else. A facial and a course of laser or injectables carry very different values, and an account that lumps them into one "lead" bucket bids the same for both. We split Search by treatment so each intent gets its own bid, ad copy, and landing page, then we track which treatments actually book. That is how you stop paying premium prices for low value inquiries and start winning the high value cases that pay for the calendar.

03We keep getting ads disapproved. Can you fix that?

Usually, yes. Aesthetic advertising runs into Google's restrictions on before and after imagery, outcome claims, and certain treatment categories that require certification. Most disapprovals come from copy or images that cross a line the clinic did not know existed. We write and build to stay inside policy while still selling the treatment, and we fix the account structure so a single disapproval does not take a whole campaign offline. Keeping the account live through your busy season is worth real money, and it is a core part of what we do.

04How do you charge, and do you take a cut of our ad spend?

We charge a flat monthly management fee and we do not take a percentage of your ad spend. A percentage model quietly rewards the agency for spending more of your money, which is exactly the wrong incentive for a clinic. With a flat fee, all of your media budget goes to booking treatments. There is no long commitment. We set the fee in the proposal after we have seen your accounts, markets, and the landing pages involved, and the proposal includes a plain English audit you keep regardless.

05Do you build the landing pages, or just run the ads?

We build them, and we would push back on any medspa that wants ads without them. A patient searching for a specific treatment wants a page about that treatment, with credentials, compliant before and after, pricing context, and an easy way to reach you on WhatsApp. Sending that traffic to a homepage loses most of it. We treat the treatment landing page as part of the media buy and track it the same way, so the page and the campaign improve together rather than as two separate projects.

06We are a single location studio. Are we too small for you?

No. Our work skews toward focused, high value clinics rather than giant chains, and a single strong location is exactly the kind of account we do well with. We cap our roster and we work with a small number of clinics at a time so each gets a senior operator rather than a junior handoff. If anything, a single location lets us concentrate on the treatments and the city that matter most to you instead of spreading budget thin across markets that do not.

07Which markets do you know best?

The UAE and the wider Gulf are where our medspa results are concentrated, and we understand the WhatsApp first booking behavior and the Arabic and English search mix there well. We also run aesthetic accounts in Europe from our Copenhagen base. If your market is one we have not worked in, we will tell you plainly in the proposal and give you an honest view on whether we are the right partner before you commit to anything.
