Meta AdsFacebook and Instagram

People compare for weeks. Will they come back to you?

We run Meta ads on Facebook and Instagram for established businesses. We reach the people who will need you soon, bring back the ones who visited and left, and count the calls they book.

People compare for weeks before committing to an expensive job. They read reviews, ask a friend, collect a few quotes and leave the decision for the weekend. Search ads catch the moment they go looking. We use Facebook and Instagram for the weeks around that moment, so your business is in front of them before they search and again while they decide.

How it works

From the first ad to the booked job, tracked the whole way

We set every Meta account up around this path. The last step sends the booked jobs back to Meta, and it is the one that usually gets skipped.

  1. Sees your adin the feed, before searching
  2. Visits your sitereads, compares, leaves
  3. Sees you againretargeting while they decide
  4. Gets in touchcall · form · WhatsApp
  5. Booked job or salefrom your CRM or booking system

Booked jobs go back to Meta

With the booked jobs flowing back, the campaign can optimize for the people who book, and Meta can look for more people like them. Without that step it learns from clicks and form fills.

What we run

Four pieces that decide whether Meta brings in work

  1. 01

    Reach people before they search

Search waits for someone to type. Meta can reach the people who will need you soon: the homeowner with an old roof, the shopper who has not found your store yet, the founder who will need a lawyer this year. We aim the ads at people who look like your best customers, in the areas you serve, and let the ad itself do the sorting.

  2. 02

Bring back the people who left

Most visitors leave without getting in touch. We build audiences from what they did on your site, like the service page they read, the booking they started or the video they watched to the end. Each group then sees the ad that answers what held them back, whether that was the price, the proof or the next free slot. We set how long people stay in each audience, so a reminder never turns into a chase.

  3. 03

Count the booked call, then send it back

We install the Meta pixel and the Conversions API together, so an inquiry still counts when a browser blocks the pixel. A booked call fires its own event, and the jobs that close in your CRM or booking system go back to Meta too. The campaign then optimizes toward the people who book, and that number sits at the top of your report.

  4. 04

Ads made in house, one change at a time

On Meta the ad does most of the work of finding the right people, so the creative gets most of our time. We write the copy and make the ads ourselves: statics, short videos, carousels and the occasional comic strip. Each test changes one thing, usually the opening line, so every result teaches us something for the next ad.

Let's talk

Let's look at your marketing together.

The service

What we run inside your Meta account

01

Offers people answer

The offer is the part of the ad people respond to. A free inspection, a price guide, a first consultation. We pick one for each campaign, say it plainly in the first line and change it when the numbers say so.

02

Forms, WhatsApp or your own page

Instant forms on Facebook and Instagram are quick to fill in, so we add a question that filters out the curious. An ad can also open a WhatsApp chat, and we track which ad started each conversation. When the offer needs more explaining, the ad goes to a landing page built for it and tracked as part of the campaign.

03

Budget split by audience

Part of the budget finds new people and part of it brings back the ones who visited. We move money between the two as the audiences grow, and we pace it to the season so it does not run out halfway through the month.

04

Reporting you can read

Every month you see booked calls, booked jobs and what each one cost, in plain language. Reach and impressions stay in the account for anyone who wants them.

05

Next to your Google Ads

Meta can run on its own. When we run your Google Ads as well, both channels share one plan and one set of tracking. The people search sends to your site fill the retargeting audiences, and each booking is counted once in the report.

06

Senior specialists only

Everyone on your account has at least five years of experience. You talk to the person who plans the campaigns and reads the numbers, and you can reach them directly.

Common questions

Meta ads questions owners ask

01Do Meta ads work for an expensive service?

Meta works best on decisions people take their time over, and an expensive service is one of them. Few people book from the first ad they see, so Meta makes your name familiar before they search and brings them back while they compare.

If people already search for what you sell, Google Ads comes first and Meta works on top of it.

02What does retargeting look like in practice?

Someone reads a service page or starts a booking on your site, then leaves. In the weeks after, they see ads from you on Facebook and Instagram that answer what usually stops people at that point: the price, proof that you do good work, or the next free slot.

We set how long people stay in each audience and how much we spend on them, so it stays a reminder. People who have already booked are left out.

03How much does it cost?

A flat monthly management fee with no percentage of ad spend on top. You pay your ad budget directly to Meta, in your own ad account.

We work with businesses spending 3,000 USD a month or more, and we set the exact fee in the proposal once we have seen your markets and your offer.

04Who makes the ads?

We do. We write the copy and make the creative in house: statics, short videos, carousels and the occasional comic strip.

If you already have a designer or a video team, we brief them and keep the testing on our side.

05How do you know what Meta brought in?

We install the Meta pixel and the Conversions API, send a separate event when a call is booked, and send the jobs that close in your CRM or booking system back to Meta.

In the report each booking is counted once, with the ad it came from, so a customer who saw both Meta and Google is not counted twice.

06Will we own the ad account and the data?

Yes. Your ad account, your pixel, your audiences and your pages stay yours. We work inside your Meta account with partner access, and if we ever part ways you keep everything we built.

Show us your Meta account, or your plan for one, and we will tell you what we would change first.

If the fix is something you can do yourself, we will say so on the call.
