Dental clinics

Your dental ads generate inquiries. How many become a consultation that shows up?

Implants, Invisalign, and TMJ are high consideration cases that a homepage never converts. We build treatment specific landing pages, per service tracking, and campaigns that separate a price shopper from a patient ready to consult.

The gap

High consideration cases need their own page and their own tracking

The cases that make a dental practice profitable, implants, orthodontics, TMJ, full mouth work, are exactly the cases a patient researches hardest before booking.

  • They compare

They read, they compare, they want to see the doctor and the outcomes.

  • One homepage

A single homepage with a contact form cannot carry that decision, so the paid traffic arrives, looks around, and leaves.

  • Few consultations

The account records a lot of clicks and very few consultations.

A patient with jaw pain or a crooked smile does not book from a homepage that lists twenty services. They book from a page that speaks to their exact problem, shows the doctor who treats it, and makes the next step obvious. Generic dental ads pointed at a homepage lose the very cases worth the most, so we build a page for the treatment and track it to the booked consultation.

How we run a dental account

From a symptom search to a booked consultation

We build Search around the treatments that pay, implants, Invisalign, TMJ, and separate the high intent searches from the price shoppers and the emergency only queries. Negative keywords keep "cheap," "free," and job seeker terms out. The bid follows the value of the case.

Each campaign points at a page about that one treatment. For the Dubai clinic that meant a TMJ site with a symptom check quiz and an orthodontics site with a page each for Invisalign, metal braces, and kids' braces. Real doctor credentials, patient story video, and a clear way to book.

We wired video engagement tracking across the pages, plus WhatsApp and phone click tracking, all feeding Google Ads conversions. We can see not just that a page was visited but how far a patient watched a treatment explainer before they inquired, which tells us what is actually convincing them.

We optimize toward booked consultations and away from the campaigns that generate clicks without cases. When the orthodontics campaign came in expensive, we flagged it for restructure rather than letting it drain the budget, while the TMJ campaign that produced consultations at around 213 AED got the room to grow.

Measurement

From a symptom search to a booked consultation, tracked end to end

A dental account earns its budget on the high value cases, and those are the ones a loose tracking setup loses. Here is the chain we wire into every clinic account.

  1. Searchtreatment and city
  2. Ad + landing pageone page per treatment
  3. InquiryWhatsApp · call · form
  4. Booked consultationbooking + call
  5. Case valuefed back to bidding
Value fed back to bidding

When all five steps connect, bidding chases the searches that end in a booked consultation. When the chain breaks at the inquiry, the account is guessing.

Ad policy

Dental advertising has its own rules

Dental clinics run into their own version of Google's healthcare restrictions, from claims about outcomes to imagery and, for some markets, licensing signals in the account. A disapproval on your implant or Invisalign campaign in a busy month is lost revenue, and repeated violations put the whole account at risk.

We build ad copy and landing pages that stay inside policy while still making the case for the treatment, and we structure the account so one disapproval does not take a full campaign offline. It is careful, unglamorous work, and it keeps your ads running when it matters. We cover the specifics in our notes.

Dental case

A treatment specific, fully tracked dental build

We built two tracked landing sites with a page for each treatment, wired video, WhatsApp, and call tracking into Google Ads, and instrumented the pages with session replay and heatmaps. The TMJ campaign produced consultations at around 213 AED, and the blended cost per acquisition improved from 386 to 267 AED week over week as the tracking matured.

Capabilities

Built for dental clinics

  • Treatment and city Search

Campaigns split by treatment and location, with tight negatives to keep price shoppers and job seekers out. The high value case gets the bid it deserves.

  • Treatment landing pages

A page per treatment, implants, Invisalign, TMJ, kids' braces, with credentials, patient story video, and trust badges. Built and tracked as part of the campaign rather than bolted on after.

  • Video and click tracking

Video engagement, WhatsApp, and phone clicks all tracked and fed to Google Ads. We see how far a patient watched before inquiring, so we know which proof actually converts.

  • Session replay and heatmaps

We instrument the landing pages with session replay and heatmaps, so page changes are decisions based on what patients actually do rather than guesses. This is how we improve conversion rate over time.

  • Consultation value optimization

We bid toward booked consultations and, where the clinic can share it, case value. A restructure is triggered when a campaign produces clicks without consultations, so budget follows the cases that book.

  • Local Service Ads where eligible

For clinics that qualify, Google Screened placements sit above the results and often carry the lowest cost per inquiry. We handle verification and track the leads like any other channel.

Our take on AI

AI does the reading, humans do the deciding

Our in house layer runs the weekly account health checks, flags budget that is pacing wrong, and queues search terms and anomalies for a person to judge. The moves that carry money or medical sensitivity stay with a senior operator who owns your account. It is real tooling we run on every account we manage.

Common questions

Dental marketing questions we hear

01We already have a website. Why do we need separate landing pages?

Because your homepage is built to represent the whole practice, and a patient searching for TMJ treatment or Invisalign is deciding on one thing. A page that lists twenty services buries the answer they came for and makes them work to book. A dedicated treatment page puts the doctor, the outcomes, and the booking step for that treatment front and center, which is why it converts far more of the paid traffic. For a Dubai clinic we built individual pages for TMJ, Invisalign, metal braces, and kids' braces, each tracked on its own, and the high value campaigns performed accordingly.

02How do you track whether an inquiry became a real consultation?

We wire the whole chain. Video engagement on the landing page, WhatsApp click to chat, and phone clicks all feed Google Ads conversions, and where the clinic can share booking data we tie the inquiry to the actual consultation. That means the account optimizes toward booked cases rather than page views or form starts. On the Dubai clinic we could see how far a patient watched a treatment explainer before inquiring, which told us which proof was doing the convincing and let us improve the pages deliberately.

03Our implant and ortho cases are worth far more than a cleaning. Does the account know that?

It should, and most do not. We split Search by treatment so a high value implant or orthodontics search is bid separately from a low value or price shopper query, and we keep "cheap" and "free" terms out with negatives. Where you can share case value, we feed it back so bidding chases the cases that actually pay. When a campaign produces clicks without consultations, as an orthodontics campaign did on the Dubai account, we flag it for restructure instead of letting it quietly drain budget.

04How do you charge?

A flat monthly management fee, with no percentage of your ad spend. A percentage model gives an agency a reason to grow your budget rather than your bookings, and for a dental clinic that is the wrong incentive. With a flat fee, all of your media budget goes to buying consultations. There is no long commitment. We set the fee in the proposal once we have seen your account, your markets, and the landing pages involved, and the proposal comes with a plain English audit of your current setup that you keep either way.

05Will you help us stay compliant with Google's healthcare rules?

Yes, this is part of the job. Dental advertising runs into restrictions on outcome claims and imagery, and a disapproval on your implant or Invisalign campaign in a busy month is lost revenue. We write copy and build pages that stay inside policy while still making the case for the treatment, and we structure the account so a single disapproval does not take a full campaign offline. Keeping your ads live through your peak weeks is worth real money, and we treat it as core work rather than an afterthought.

06How soon will we see results?

Tracking improvements can show useful signal within the first weeks, because we are fixing what the account can measure. On the Dubai clinic the cost per acquisition improved from 386 to 267 AED week over week as the tracking matured and the campaigns settled. Structural gains build over the first two to three months as the rebuilt Search and clean conversion data give the bidding something honest to learn from. We would rather commit to an honest timeline than promise an overnight number that no careful operator can stand behind.

07Do we keep our account and landing pages if we leave?

Yes. Your Google Ads account, your tracking, and your landing pages are yours. We build inside your account rather than hiding your campaigns in an agency shell, and if we ever part ways you keep everything. We think that is the only fair way to run a clinic account, and it keeps us honest, because we earn the relationship each month rather than trapping you inside a contract or holding your data.
